Our Core Value

We exist to help our clients take more money home.

We specialise in supporting construction SMEs with tailored business advisory services.

I grew up in an architecture firm. My mother used to say that paying for my kindergarten was a waste of money, because my toys back then were rulers, pencils, and erasers. My entire upbringing and work environment has always revolved around the construction industry.

During the course of running a company, have you ever faced problems such as rising project costs, slow payments, shrinking profit margins, long project cycles, tight cash flow, heavy tax and compliance burdens, payroll taking up too much time, or not knowing which projects are truly profitable and which are actually losing money?

Let us tackle these issues with the most straightforward language and practical, easy-to-implement solutions—solving them one by one.

I used to enjoy explaining theories to clients but later realized how foolish that was. Since then, I’ve focused on finding ways for clients to make the smallest, immediately actionable changes that directly increase net profit and put more cash in the bank.

We also specialise in supporting SMEs in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

When I think about the industries that have shaped my life, the food and beverage industry is always at the top of the list. My very first job was in an Indian restaurant—washing dishes and delivering takeaways. Over time, I worked almost every role you can imagine: cashier, cleaner, prep assistant, purchasing. The only thing I never did was cooking. And that’s why I like to say—I was never the chef, but I was the strongest supporting player.

The restaurant business is one of the toughest industries I know. It’s long hours, hard work, and constant pressure. But it’s also one of the few industries where cash flow can be managed in real time, and that’s what makes it so unique.

In New Zealand, small and medium-sized restaurants face familiar pain points: high labor costs, unpredictable ingredient prices, heavy rent and overheads, tight cash flow, strict compliance, fierce competition, and a lack of proper systems or online marketing.

So how do you survive? First, you need a true specialty. Marketing can bring customers through the door, but only great food keeps them coming back. And running a restaurant is like playing a video game—you clear one stage, you solve one problem, and with each step your profit margin goes up.

And maybe the happiest moment for every restaurant owner comes at the end of the day. When the lights are off, the chairs are stacked, and all that hard work is finally visible—in the cash register, and in the bank account. That’s the reward for the struggle.

Consultation Meeting
I will arrange a consultation meeting with clients, giving them the opportunity to express the issues that cause them stress and concern. At the same time, I will review their financial statements and provide prompt feedback on their problems.

Kiwi Business Doctor Plan
After the consultation meeting, if clients wish to move forward, we will conduct a detailed analysis of their business pain points and develop an execution plan. The process with clients involves continuous communication, analysis, and action — repeated until we see improvements in net profit and cash flow.

Kiwi Business Review Plan
Once the immediate business pain points are resolved, clients’ businesses often reach a stable stage. At this point, we will brainstorm together from a different perspective, aiming to break through existing business models and achieve further growth in net profit and cash flow.

Consulting Rates
Consultation Meeting: $300 per hour
Plan Execution: $225 per hour
